Welcome to our transformative Y12SR classes, where the journey of healing and recovery is embraced through the powerful combination of yoga and the principles of recovery. Here, we provide a supportive and inclusive environment, welcoming individuals from all walks of life. These classes are designed to nurture both physical and mental well-being, integrating the wisdom of yoga with the practical tools of recovery. Whether you're new to this path or seeking to deepen your journey, these sessions offer a unique space for growth, self-discovery, and community connection.
Join us as we explore this holistic path to wellness and recovery.
Our approach integrates the physical wisdom of yoga with cognitive strategies from recovery models, including the 12 steps, harm reduction, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This combination is further enriched with insights from contemporary neuroscience and trauma healing research. Our aim is to offer a comprehensive healing experience that addresses both the body and the mind, rooted in the latest scientific understanding and holistic practices.

“Our work is grounded in the belief that addictions are rooted in broader cultural and societal contexts that create separation and disconnect us from ourselves, our loved ones, our environment, and so much more. ”
